Open to individuals who are legal residents of and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older on the date of entry (or at least the age of majority in their State of residence), who meet one of the criteria listed above and who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account on the date of entry.

Grand Prize winners selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 20, 2014.
