Open to persons 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry who are permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia, (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are physically located therein.

Winners selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 26, 2014.
