Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia who are or will be at least 21 years of age as of the time of entry.

Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about April 2, 2014.

Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for two (2), the Winner and a guest, to attend the final match (match 64) in the 2014 FIFA World Cup scheduled for July 13, 2014 in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Trip includes roundtrip coach class airfare for up to two (2) people between the major commercial airport closest to Winner’s residence and Rio De Janeiro, Brazil; six (6) days and five (5) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation between the airport, the hotel and to the final match venue, and $1,000 in spending money in the form of a check.
